Saturday Group Ride Oct 29th: REC- Meridian Park / INT- Aurora Res

Happy (Halloween) Friday All....

I hope everyone made it through our 1st "storm" of the year.  I see a lot of tree limbs were not so lucky :(  While no additional moisture is expected, our temps are predicted to be in the mid-high 50s...but keep in mind that's the HIGH for the day.  So, battling the wind chill while accelerating forward is going to take some clever layering.  Anybody riding in a gorilla suit?  Darth Vader?

Thank you in advance for checking your
tire pressure, spokes, pedal tightness and computers BEFORE our 9:30 am departure.

INTERMEDIATE: (16-18 mph average)
Malia will take the group out to and around Aurora Res before heading back to complete this 46 miler.  Be prepared for some cooler temps coming off the lake as well as dangerous icy spots along the pathway.  http://connect.garmin.com/activity/39597564

RECREATIONAL: (13-15 mph average)

Join Trish as she takes you out to the ole Meridian loop.  http://connect.garmin.com/activity/39932602  Typically this route will pull 26 miles but that's a give-n-take, based on the number of loops you care to challenge yourself with.

Jeffrey will be sweeping along side the group most in need.

ADVANCED: (Go Fast - Go Hard)

In fairness to the groups please make certain you are comfortable
maintaining the average speeds suggested...Thank you

Remember spare tubes, plenty of fluids and layers!!
